Within 48 hours of booking, we call the guest to explain our rules and confirm the details of their reservation, including guest numbers, visitors, cars, and pets.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
The Owner remains the primary manager and final decision-maker.
The Owner directs cleaning, maintenance, repairs, vendors, readiness, insurance, permits, taxes, and compliance.
Stronghold manages the agreed listing, pricing, reservation, guest-communication, payment, claim, and reporting functions.
The Owner maintains the Airbnb account and grants appropriate co-host access.
Vrbo listings operate through Stronghold’s account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Stronghold Real Estate LLC provides Short-Term Rental Co-hosting for transient lodging. Property Owners remain responsible for managing their properties and for cleaning, maintenance, repairs, vendors, insurance, taxes, permits, and compliance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Realtor services are performed only by Casey Russell through Texas United Realty under separate agreements. Results vary; no revenue, occupancy, regulatory, tax, or investment result is guaranteed.
