Stronghold Real Estate SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Program Description

Stronghold Real Estate may send text messages to guests, customers, property owners, leads, and service contacts who provide a mobile number and opt in to receive SMS communications.

2. Transactional and Customer-Service Messages

Transactional and customer-service messages may include responses to inquiries, reservation or stay details, appointment scheduling, property-related updates, service coordination, account notices, agreement reminders, payment or deposit reminders, support follow-ups, and other messages related to an existing or requested service.

3. Marketing and Promotional Messages

Marketing and promotional messages may include special offers, return-stay discounts, property updates, newsletters, service promotions, educational content, and other promotional information from Stronghold Real Estate. Consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with Stronghold Real Estate, your requests, your reservations or services, and your communication preferences.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan.

6. Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, Stronghold Real Estate may send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that mobile number unless you opt in again.
